1 Remove the Battery Compartment
lid from the bottom of the remote

Install two batteries as indicated
inside the Battery Compartment.

Replace the lid.

• Do not mix old and new batteries. (Also never mix alkaline batteries with manganese batteries.)

You can change the recording speed for a tape using the Tape SPEED button.
