How to Set the Lower and Upper Ovens For Worming
The WARMfeature keeps cooked
Check crispness after 20-50 minutes.

This feature is not designed to reheat
cold food.
To use the WARMfeature, touch the WARM
pad or the WARM/PROOF pad once and
then the STARTpad.
To use the WARMfeature after Timed
Baking or Roasting,follow these steps:

Touch the mode of cooking that
gou want to use (BAKE,CONVECTION
BAKEMULTI,CONVECTION BAKE
1 RACKor CONVECTION ROAST).

Touch the number pads to set
the oven temperature.
13] Touch the COOKTIMEpad.

Touch the number pads to set
the desired length of cooking time.

Touch the WARMor
the WARM/PROOF pad once.

Touch the STARTpad.
To Crisp Stale Items
Placefood in low-sided dishes or pans.
For best results, place the food items
in a single lager.Do not stack.
Leavethem uncovered.
IMPORTANT NOTES:

Food should be kept hot in its cooking
container or transferred to a heat-safe
serving dish.
For moist foods, cover them with
an oven-safelid or aluminum foi!.

Fried or crisp foods do not need
to be covered,but can become
too dry if warmed for too long.
Repeated opening of the door al!ows
the hot air to escape and the food to coo!.
Allow extra time for the temperature
inside the oven to stabilize after adding
items.
With large loads it may be necessary
to cover some of the cooked food items.

before placing containers in the oven.
Do not use plastic containers,
lids or plastic wrap.

How to Set the Lower Oven for Proofing
Theproofingfeaturemaintainso worm environment u sefulforrisingbteost-leovened products.

Placethe covered dough in the oven
on rack B or C.
NOTE:For best results,cover the dough
with a cloth or with greased plastic wrap
(theplastic mabtneed to be anchored
underneath the container so the oven
fan wi!! not blow it off).

Touch the WARM/PROOFpad twice.
The display will read PrF (proof).

Setthe TIMER for the minimum
proof time.

When proofing isfinished, touch
the CLEAR/OFFpad.
_, T oavoid lowering the oven temperature
and lengthening proofing time, do not
open the oven door unnecessarilbl.
_, C heckbread products earlg to avoid
over-proofing.
The oven interior light turns on
and remains on during proofing.
The proofing feature automaticallg
provides the optimum temperature
for the proofing process, and therefore
does not have a temperature adjustment.
NOTE:
Do notusetheproofingmodefor warming
foodor keeping foodhot. Theproofingoven
temperature is not hotenoughto hold foods
at safetemperatures. Usethe Warm feature
to keephot foodwarm.
Proofingwill not operatewhenovenis above
