Caring for the dishwasher.
Toclean the control panel use a lightly dampened cloth then dry
thoroughl)_ To clean the exterior use a good appliance polish wax.
Never use sharp objects, scouring pads or harsh cleaners on any
part of the dishwashe_
Protect Against Freezing
If your dishwasher is lef'Lin an unheated place dudng
the _dntet, ask a sePdce technician to:

_Wurn offthe water supply and disconnect the water
• inletline d-ore thewatervalve.

_ Reconnect the _,'ater inlet line to the _ter valve.
,_ Remove die plastic sump cover in the tub
bottom and use a sponge to soak up water m the
robber boot.

Does YourDishwasher Have an A# Gap?
An air gap protects your dishwasher against water
backing up into it if a dnfin dogs. The air gap is not a
part of the dishx,atsher. It is not covered by your
wmTanty. Not all plumbing codes require air gaps, so
you may not have one.
