AUDIO SELECTION
CONSIDERATIONS
The last line of the ChamaelYl'imedisplay shows the current
audio heard. The display is showneach time you turn the
'IV ON, changechannels,or pressENTER. The audio
heard depends on the foUo_.
•
AUDIO mode selected on AUDIO MENU: STEREO,
MONO or 2ND AUDIO/SAP.
•
Audio signal being received.
•
Whether SEO is ON or OFF.
NOTES:
Your AUDIO mode selection can override the type of
audio heard. For example, if you select MONO, you will
always hear monaural sound even if the signal received is
stereo.
If one of the auxiliary video sources (Video 1/2 or
S-Video 1) is selected
for the main picture source, the
Channel/Time display will not show an audio mode except
to show whether or not SEQ is turned on.
