AUDIO SELECTION CONSIDERATIONS
The last line of the Channel!Time display shows the current
audio heard. The display is shown each time you turn the
TV ON, change channels, or press ENTER. The audio
heard depends on the following:
• AUDIO mode selected on AUDIO Menu: STEREO.
MONO or 2ND AUDIO/SAP.
• Audio signal received.
NOTE: Your AUDIO mode selection can override the
type of audio heard. For example, if vou select MONO, you
will always hear monaural sound even if the signal received
is stereo.

STEREO is selected using thc
AUDIO option on the AUDIO
Menu and a stereo simaal is
received. You will hear stereo
sound. The Channel?Time dis-
play will show STEREO.

2ND ALID10/SAP is selected
using the AUDIO option on the
AUDIO Menu and an SAP sig-
nal is rcccivcd. You will hear
the SAP audio. The Channel/
Time display vail show SAP.
If an SAP signal is not received,
you viii hear whatever type of
signal is being received. The
channel'l'imc display will show
the typ:" of signal being received.

received. You will hear
monaural sound. The Channel/
Time display will show MONO.
