Oven Finishes / Cleaning Method

CLEANING
METHOD
Wash with hot sudsy water.
Rinse thoroughly and dry. Or, gently rub with Soft Scrub ,_, Ben-
AmP, Comet% Ajax '_R_, Brillo '_R_ or S.O.S.,_'_ p ads as directed.

formula) can be used, but may cause darkening and discoloration.
If racks are cleaned in the oven during the self clean mode, they will lose their shiny finish and
permanently change to a metallic gray. The Extendable

Spray Windex _ or Glass Plus_' onto a cloth first, then wipe to clean. Use Fantastik (_) or Formula
409 _*to remove grease spatters.
Do
Clean with hot sudsy water or apply Fantastik _ or Formula 409 <_' first to a clean sponge or paper
towel and wipe clean. Avoid using powdered cleansers and steel woo! pads.
Immediately wipe up add spills like fruit juice, milk and tomatoes with a d_Lv_ towel.
Do not use a
moistened sponge/towel on hot porcelain. When cool, clean with hot sudsy water or apply Ben-
AmP' or Soft Scrub'_ to a damp sponge. Rinse and dry. For stubborn stains, gently use Brilld _'_' or
S.O.S.'_"_' pads. It is normal for porcelain to craze (fine lines) with age due to exposure from heat
and food soil.
Clean with hot sudsy water and sponge or plastic scrubber.
Rub stubborn stains with vinegar,
Windex '_, ammonia
or BomAmP.
DO NOT USE HARSH ABRASIVES.
Always wipe or rub with grain.
Clean with a soapy sponge; rinse and dry. Wipe with Fantastik _
or Formula 409 _'_' sprayed onto a paper towel.
Protect and polish with Stainless Steel Magic _' and
a soft cloth.
Remove water spots with a cloth dampened with white vinegar. Use Zud% Cameo _
or Barkeeper's Friend '_ to remove heat discoloration.
Probe
Clean probe by hand with detergent and hot water. Rinse and dry.
Do not soak or clean in dishwasher.
