CHOOSING
AN
AUDIO
PROCESSOR
Changing
the audio
processor changes the way your TV sounds. There
are two ways to change the audio processor:
a) from the Audio
menu,
and b) by pressing SOUND
on the remote.

Reference section.
Choosing
an audio
processor from the Audio
menu
1,
Press MENU
to bring up the Main menu.
2,
Press MENU
again to select the Audio
menu.
3,
Point to Audio
Processor and press MENU.
The Audio
Processor
choice
list comes up, with the current
mode highlighted.
4,
Point to an audio processor
mode and press MENU
to select it and
return to the Audio
menu. The options are:
Mono
Plays the sound in mono only.
Stereo
Splits the incoming
stereo audio signal into left and right
channels.
SRS Stereo (,)
SRS is an audio processing
technology
that adds
greater depth and stereo separation
to stereo audio signals.
Enhanced
(,) SRS Stereo Enhances the SRS signal to give the
impression
of even greater depth and stereo separation.
Sound Logic Stereo Sound Logic monitors
a program's
audio track
and limits the volume to a minimum
and maximum
volume
range.
Whenever
you adjust the volume
on the TV, the minimum
and
maximum
volume range adjusts, too,
Second Audio Program (SAP) Plays the program's
audio
in a
second language,
if one is available.
Setting the audio
processor to
SAP tells the TV to play the program's
audio
in this second
language,
if one is available.
Choosing
an audio
processor
from the remote
1.
Press SOUND to display the audio processor choice list.

Point to and select a different audio processor or press CLEAR to
exit.
