In this section, you'll discover some of the advanced
playback
features
of your VCR. These include:

Using special effects
You can use the FF and REW buttons
to contl"ol the playback
speed of the tape in a step-by-step
method.

While the VCR is playing
a tape, press the PAUSE
button
on
the remote
control to freeze the picture
on the screen.

Press
the FF or REW button.
Each press of the FF button
changes
the playback
speed by one step in the forward
direc-
tion. Each press of the REW button
changes
the speed by one
step in the reverse
direction.

To resume
normal
playback,
press the PI.AY/STOP
button.
DImportant:
After about five minutes
in the still or slow-m _tion mode, tlhe
