C) TV/VCR/AUX switch (TV/VCR/AUX)
Set to "VCR" or "AUX" to operate either the VCR or the cable box
and "TV" to operate the TV.
power button (POWER)
Use to turn the TV on or off.
(_) number buttons (0-9)
Use to select a channel number and to enter the parental lock code,
(_) enter button (ENTER)
May he used after selecting a channel number, an item from the on-
screen menu, parental lock code, or channel for super quick view.
_) channel control (SCAN)
Press the top part of the button to change to a channel with a higher
number; press the bottom part to change to a channel with a lower
number.
volume control (VOL)
Press the top part of the button to turn up the volume; press the lower
part of the button to reduce the volume. This button works for the TV
even if the TV/VCR/AUX switch is set to "'VCR" or "AUX."
(_ menu button (MENU)
Projects an on-screen menu with additional instructions for special
functions_
(_ cancel button (CANCEL)
This button is used to cancel the entered channel number within three
seconds, to erase the parental lock code during the parental lock
sequence, and to clear the channel programmed into super quick view
memory. It is also used with the TV menu.
(_ quick view (Q.V,)
Press to switch between the current channel and the last one viewed.
When the super-quick-view tuning is set, it is used to view selected
channels programmed into super quick view memory.
mute control (MUTING)
Use to turn the sound off completely or restore it to its original volume.
This button works for the TV even if the TV/VCR/AUX switch is set
to "VCR" or "AUX."
