• Sew in a Zipper
Fabric Preparation:
Put the right sides of the fabric together
and sew to the end of the zipper
opening. Use the reverse to lock the
stitches.
Sew the zipper opening with stitch
length at "4 '" and top thread tension at

To Sew :
1. Fold back the left seam allowance as
shown,
2. Turn under the right seam allowance
to term a 1/8- told.
3. Placethezipper teeth next tothe 1/8""
fold end pin in place.
Mise en place:
1. Rabattez la ressource de couture
gauche, comme reentrY.
2. Repliez dessous la ressource droite,
formez un pit de 1/8"_
3. P/acez les meilles de la fermeture
centre le pli de i/8" et bft_ssez.
4. To sew the left side of the zipper, set
the zipper toot on the left side of the
needle.
5. Lower the zipper foot on the right side
at the bottom of the zipper so that the
needle pierces the laid and the zipper
tape.
6. Sew through the fold and the zipper
tape to the point where the slider
begins.
7. Lower the needle to hold the fabric
and raise the presser foot.
4.Pour coudre le cot_ gauche de 1_
fermeture a glissikre, r_glez le pied de
fermen_res a glissi_re iz ia gauche de
l'aiguille.
5. Abaissez le pied sur l' endroit au boul
de la fermeture, pour que l'aiguille
ptque dans le pli et dans la ganse.
6. Piquez duns le pliet la ganse, jusqu'a
pro:cimitd du curseur de la fermeture.
7 Laissez raiguille piqude dens le tlssn
et remontcz le pied.
