BAKEWARE
Hot air must be able to circulate around food to cook evenly, so
allow 2" (5 cm) of space around bakeware and oven walls. Use
the following chart as a guide.
NUMBER
POSITION ON RACK
OF PAN(S)
1
Center of rack.
2
Side by side or slightly staggered.
3 or 4
Opposite corners on each rack. Make sure
that no bakeware piece is directly over
another.
Rack with Integrated
Handle
The integrated
handle area makes pulling out the rack easy. The
opening is large enough for a pot holder or oven mitt.
Half-Rack
with Removable
Insert
The half-rack with removable insert is a space maximizer. When
the two are attached, they make a full rack. The insert can also be
used on the counter for a cooling rack.
Do not place more than 25 Ibs (11.4 kg) on the half-rack.
