    Setting Surface Controls (cont’d) To Operate Dual Radiant Surface Element (some models) The right front control knob offers flexibilty for different sized cookware with the Dual Radiant surface element. The inner element alone can be used for smaller or both the inner and outer in combination for larger cookware. To operate the Dual Radiant surface element push in the control knob and turn counterclockwise to operate the small inner coil or turn clockwise to operate both the inner and outer portions of the element together (See Fig 1).
