To set a Demay:
1. After Bake has been programmed, press Options ushg the
Quickset pad.
2. SeHectDeHay.

dispHayedtimes or the number pads.
5. The dispHaywiHH show "DeHayBake", the temperature, the

, The oven controHcomes from the factory set for Auto
Convect Conversion. When using Conveet Bake and
Conveet Pastry enter the conventionaH baking tempera-
ture. The controHautomaticaHHy converts the temperature
to 25° Hess than the conventionaH temperature.
° For Conveet Boast, enter the conventionaH roasting
temperature and time. The controHthen Hetsyou know
when 75% of the time has eHapsedand aHertsyou to
check the food for aloneness.

, The temperature can be set from 170° Fto 550° F degrees
in 5° increments.
° After three seconds, the oven wiil begin to preheat. "Upper
Oven" and/or "Lower Oven" and "Bake Preheat" wiil
appear in the display along with 100° or the actual oven
temperature, whichever is higher.
° The temperature in the display wiil increase in 1° incre-
ments until the oven reaches the preset temperature. Allow
about 15 minutes for the oven to preheat.
° When the oven is preheated, the oven wiil beep and
"Preheat" wiil turn off and "Bake" wiil be displayed.
° Place food in the oven.
4. At the end of cooking, turn the oven off by pressing the
CANCEL pad. Remove food from the oven. The oven wiHH
continue operating untiHthe CANCEL pad is ................................
