On Ranges with Sealed Gas Burners
Thesmallest burner in the right rear position
is the simmer burner.This burner can be
turned down to a very low simmer setting.
It provides precisecooking performancefor
delicate foods such as saucesor foods that
require low heat for a long cooking time.
The medium (left rear and left front}
and the large (right front) burners are the
primary burnersfor most cooking.These
general-purposeburners can be turned down
from HI to LO to suit a wide range of cooking
needs.
NOTE: On some models,the bumersare all
the same sizeand power.
