Mode
VVhen using macro mode, the camera carl focus on objects as close as
approximately
S cm (ZO in.) from the front of the lens. This feature is useful when
taking close up images of flowers and other small subjects.

macro
mode
icon.
• Tap the macro mode setting icon to return to the
previous
screen.
• If you tap any other icon, the setting screen for that

Usethe zoom control to set the zoom ratio to
a position
where

and
the zoom
indicator
glow
green.
• How close you can be to the subject when shooting
depends on the zoom ratio. When the zoom ratio is set
to a position where _ and the zoom indicator glow
green, the camera can focus on subjects as close as approximately
10 cm (4.0 in.) from
the lens. The camera can focus on subjects as close as approximately
5 cm (2.0 in.)
from the lens when the zoom is at the maximum wide angle position (at the position
where J'_ is displayed).
