Troubleshooting
Problem Remedy
While recording a greeting .To answer the call, lift the handset off
message, the unit starts to the base unit or press, _ or 1_1.

playback:

To resume playback, press

after hanging up.
General
Problem
The unit does not work.
Remedy
• Check the settings (p. 9-14).
• Charge the battery fully (p. 10).
•Clean the charge contacts and charge
again (p. 11 ).
• Install the battery properly (p. 10).
• Place the handset on the base unit and
unplug the AC adaptor to reset. Plug in,
and try again.
• Re-install the battery and place the
handset on the base unit (p. 45). Try
again.
