Data Type 1 (REG)
The following are the parameter settings when the data type parameter set-
ting is 1: REG X data, REG Y data, X-data post-processing, Y-data post-
processing.
REG X Data Parameter
This parameter specifies which channel should be assigned as REG X data.
The initial default for this parameter is 0.
REG Y Data Parameter
This parameter specifies which channel should be assigned as REG Y data.
The initial default for this parameter is 0.
X-Data Post-Processing Parameter
This parameter specifies the type of post-processing to be applied to data
output as REG X data. The initial default for this parameter is 0.
Y-Data Post-Processing Parameter
This parameter specifies the type of post-processing to be applied to data
output as REG Y data. The initial default for this parameter is 0.
