(5.)Notwithstanding the provisions ofsubsection (4) a bove, warranty services or repairs must
be provided atauthorized Ariens, Gravely, or Parker service representatives that are
franchised toservice the s ubject small off-road equipment.
(6.)The o wner must not be charged for d iagnostic labor that leads tothe determination that a
warranted part isinfact defective, provided that such diagnostic work isperformed atan
authorized Ariens, Gravely, orParker service representative.
(7.)Throughout the e vaporative emission control system's warranty period set out insubsection
(b)(2), the Ariens Company must maintain asupply ofwarranted parts sufficient tomeet the
expected demand for s uch parts.
(8.)Manufacturer-approved replacement parts must be used inthe performance ofany
warranty maintenance orrepairs and m ust be provided without charge tothe owner. Such
use w ill not reduce the warranty obligations ofthe manufacturer issuing the warranty.
(9.)The u se o f a ny a dd-on ormodified parts will be grounds for d isallowing awarranty claim
made inaccordance with t his a rticle. The m anufacturer issuing the warranty will not be
liable under this A rticle towarrant failures ofwarranted parts caused by the use o fan
add-on ormodified part.

Control Cables*, Control Linkages*
Purge Valves
Vapor Hoses, Liquid/Vapor Separator
Carbon Canister, Canister Mounting Brackets
Carburetor Purge Port Connector
