Regulation and inspection
The bobbin winder should automatically turn off when the bobbin is
fully wound to a point 0.5 mm under the rim.
Caution: danger of injury
Turn off the main switch.
The bobbin winder may only be adjusted with the sewing machine
switched off.
Adjustment
1. Minor adjustments to the wind-on quantity
–
Bend bobbin-winder sensor 3.
2. Major adjustments to the wind-on quantity
–
Remove bobbin-winder cover.
–
Undo screw 2.
–
Rotate trip cam 1:
in the direction of arrow A: to reduce the wind-on quantity
in the direction of arrow B: to increase the wind-on quantity.
–
Retighten screw 2.
–
Replace bobbin-winder cover.
