Window Elements

In addition to the following commands, the section entitled Object Names Available In
TeemTalk towards the end of this chapter lists the names given to various elements of
the window which can be used to specify whether or not they are enabled and how
they are displayed using standard X resource commands.

Scroll Bar

Resource:
Command Line: -sb
Default Setting: on
These commands determine whether or not a scroll bar is displayed
Menu Bar
Resource:
Command Line: -mb
Default Setting: on
These commands determine whether or not a menu bar is displayed.
You can enable/disable individual items in the menu bar by using the following
resources:

Default Setting: on
These commands determine whether or not the File, Edit and Settings menu items
are enabled. When disabled, only the window resize buttons will be displayed in the

enables the scroll bar

disables the scroll bar

enables the menu bar
+mb disables the menu bar

xteemx340*settingsItem: on/off
enables the File, Edit and Settings menu items

disables the File, Edit and Settings menu items
