Seccertutil gencsr is not accepted in non-interactive mode if

FICON CUP reports incorrect Director Size Code in Basic Sense and
Sense ID data for HP StorageWorks 8/40 and 8/80 SAN switches.
Portcfgspeed command on 8G FC platforms are accepting invalid
port speed = 5.
