OPERATION
For 5-VHS Recording/Piaybaclt
Use the recording operations in "CAMERA RECORDING" on page 13 with the S-VHS SELECTOR Switch set
to the "ON" position.
S-VHS playback operations are the same as "PLAYBACK" on page 15.
S-VHS Re-Recording
Use the re-recording operations in "RE-RECORDING" on page 36.
TAPE AND S-VHSNHS SYSTEM SELECTIONS FOR RECORDING AND PLAYBACK
There are variations in playback and recording capability depending on the S-VHS SELECTOR Switch positions
and the kind of tape used.

* A conventional VHS Movie will not be able to play back your S-VHS recordings. To make recordings that are
compatible with conventional VHS recordings, use your S-VHS Movie with the S-VHS SELECTOR Switch set
to the "OFF" position.
NOTE: S-VHS Connecting Cable transfers video only, use a separate cable for transferring audio, as shown.
