Installing the NT 4.0 Printer Drivers
These instructions assume "d" is the location
of your CD-ROM drive. If your drive is
another letter, substitute that letter wherever
"d" appears in the installation steps.
1. Close all open applications.
2. Insert the OKIPAGE 8c CD into your CD-ROM drive.
3. Click the Start button on the Windows taskbar, then
choose Settings
4. Double-click the Add Printer icon.
The Add Printer Wizard dialog box appears.
5. Select My Computer or Network printer server,
(depending on your configuration), then click Next.
6. Select the port you wish to use, then click Next.
A dialog box appears for selecting Manufacturers and
Printers.
7. Click Have Disk.
The Install From Disk dialog box appears.
8. Depending on your choice of driver, type one of the
following paths in the Copy manufacturers files
from box:
For driver
HP PCL
Adobe PostScript
9. Click OK.
You will see Okipage 8c or OKIPAGE 8c PS
highlighted.
10. Click Next.
11. Continue with the installation following the Add
Printer Wizard instructions on your screen.

Components

1. Make sure that all applications are closed and that the
OKIPAGE 8c CD is inserted in your CD-ROM drive.
2. Click the Start button on the Windows taskbar, then
click Run.
3. Enter d:\install.
4. Click OK.
A message appears reminding you that this program
installs only the printer software.
5. Click Yes to continue the installation.
The Welcome dialog box appears.
