Connect to Power

1. Plug the power cord into the back of the printer.
2. Plug the other end into a suitable, grounded outlet.

Print the Demo Page

1. Turn the printer on.
2. Press and hold the FORM FEED/Print Demo button
for several seconds.
The Demo Page prints.
Auto Mode
The printer comes set for Auto Mode, which
automatically switches between HP PCL5 and
Adobe PostScript, depending on the document
being processed.
