Using Memo Pad

Memo Pad provides you with a place to take notes that
are not associated with records in Date Book, Phonebook
or To Do List. The number of memos you can store
depends on the memory available on your PDA phone.
Use Memo Pad to do the following:
• Send memos to popular computer applications like
Microsoft Word when you synchronise using Palm
Desktop software and HotSync
• Assign memos to categories so that you can organise and
view them in logical groups
• Write down phone numbers and other types of
information that you can later copy and paste into other
applications
To open Memo Pad:
On the Application Launcher, tap the
( ).

Creating a Memo

A record in Memo Pad is called a memo. After creating
memos, you can assign them to categories and mark
them as private.
To Create a new memo:
1. On the Memo list, tap
2. Enter the text you want to appear in the memo.
3. When you finish, tap
