Call Management Using a Headset

You can use a corded or cordless headset with the SB67020 Deskset if it is plugged into the jack on the bottom of the Deskset.
The cordless headset must provide its own wireless radio.
To use a Headset:

From Idle mode or during a call, press HEADSET, as
shown in Figure 231.
If you have a headset connected to the jack on the
bottom of the Deskset and turned on, then that
headset becomes active.
To return audio to the Deskset (speakerphone or
handset), press HEADSET.
You cannot use the Deskset HEADSET key to control
the audio of headsets.
