5. If you are asked to choose a local or network printer, choose
"local." Also, turn OFF (no check) the "Automatically detect 'Plug
and Play' printer" selection.
6. Click "Have Disk. . ."
7. Click "Browse,"
a. In the "Drives" list box, select the drive letter corresponding to
your CD-ROM drive.
b. In the "Folders" list box, double-click on "PJ200" or "PJ 2".
c. In the "Folders" list box, double click "Win2000-XP".
d. Choose the "PJ200.INF" or PJ2.INF" file, then click "OK."
1. The display should read "Pentax PocketJet 200" or Pentax
PocketJet II." Click "Next."
2. Follow the on-screen instructions. When you reach the final setup
screen, click "Finish."
3. If you see a warning message, "Digital Signature Not Found," click
"Yes" to continue the installation.
Note: You can safely ignore Windows XP "warning" messages in
addition to the "Digital Signature Not Found" message.
If you chose "Print Test Page" while following on-screen instructions,
the PocketJet is connected to your computer, you have inserted paper
into the printer, and it is turned on, the printer should now be printing.

Printing

1. Make sure that you have installed a charged battery, have connected
the printer to an AC power outlet, or have a DC adapter plugged in.
2. Turn the printer on by pressing the main switch once quickly. The
red POWER indicator lights up. (If you are using the battery, the
green BATTERY indicator also lights up.) See Figure 8.

3. Insert a sheet of Pentax Quality Paper into the paper input slot. Place
the print side of the paper away from you, so that it faces the rear of
the printer. See Figure 9.
