To start a remote control session, in addition to Intel AMT credentials, you must
enable and configure the WS-MAN protocol in the connection profile. Use the
same user name and password for WS-MAN as you use for Intel AMT.

This node lets you view memory information.
Description
Lets you connect a remote CD/DVD or floppy drive to the
managed computer.
You can use a floppy or a CD/DVD that is connected to the
Notification Server computer, or you can browse to a CD/DVD
or floppy image. If you want to use an image, type the path that
the Notification Server computer can access. For example, if you
opened Symantec Management Console on a remote computer,
type an UNC path to the image.
If you want to connect a remote disk drive to the managed
computer's Windows session, you may need to use device
manager on the managed computer to scan for hardware
changes.
