5. Open the file with your word processor or other
application.
Compare the recognized document in your word processor with
the picture of the sample document, markplan in Appendix B of
this document. With a word processor such as Word or
WordPerfect, the recognized document should look virtually
identical to the TIFF image. The difference is now you have
formatted, fully editable text.

APTURING
TextBridge Professional Edition also enables you to capture
selected parts (text and graphics) of a document. For this purpose,
TextBridge Pro provides preview tools.
For this example, use the on-line sample document named
zonepic. Note that you also need a text application that can
display both text and graphics such as Microsoft Word or
WordPerfect.
1. On the main toolbar, push in the Input from File and
Preview buttons.
2. In the Preferences Panel, in the Output Layout pop-up
menu, select Text and Pictures: One column.
