NSTALLATION OF

1. Remove the four screws securing the
Front Panel and then remove the Front
Panel from the Transceiver Body.
2. Disconnect the 8-pin modular plug
from the Transceiver.
3. Remove the screw affixing the Straight
Sub Panel, and then remove the
Straight Sub Panel from the Front
Panel.

4. Remove the two screws affixing the Mi-
crophone Jack cover, and then remove
the Microphone Jack cover from the
Front Panel.
5. Remove the four screws securing the
Rear Case of the Front Panel and remove
the Rear Case from the Front Panel.
Note: When you remove the rear case,
you will find a small thin wire near the
flat ribbon cable. Be careful not to cut or
add any stress to this wire. It will be con-
nected in step 7.
