Function Features - Plustek OPTICARD 611 (BUSINESS CARD) Manual

1. Make desired adjustments in BCR Manager window, and then insert the
business card face down into the scanner. Align the card to the arrow sign on
the left of the scanner, and then the scanning starts automatically.
2. If you checked the "Continuous Scan" in pop-up menu, insert another business
card until you have scanned all.
3. If the country of the business card you just scanned is the same as the Card
Style shown on your screen, please skip this step. If the country is different,
please select the correct country from the pop-up menu.
4. When the scan completes, the scanned images will be save as *.csv file
format in your computer or sent to the assigned post-processing software (e.g.
Bizcard Finder, Outlook Express, Outlook, or Excel). Meanwhile, the scanned
data will send to BizCard Finder program.

Function Features
We'll introduce some functions in BCR Manager window for you to get familiar
with your scanner.
Purpose
This menu includes Export to Bizcard Finder/MS Outlook/Express Outlook/Excel
and Export as *.csv file functions, which allows you to determine which software
you would like to use for the post-processing of the scanned image(s).
Note: Outlook, Express Outlook, Excel and *.csv file which are the common
Microsoft program you usually used. We suggest you learn more about Microsoft
Windows by referring to your Microsoft Windows manual.


