Move the cursor to the beginning of the song by pressing the [STOP] button, and
press the SONG CONTROL [PLAY/PAUSE] button to hear the newly entered notes.

Press the [EXIT] button to exit from the Step Recording display.

Press the [SAVE] LCD button ([I] button) to call up the Song Open/Save
display for saving your data, then save the data in the Open/Save display
(page 75).

Determines the velocity (loudness) of the note to be
entered. Here, we'll select "f," as specified in the
example.
Sets the Gate Time, or the length of the note (as a
percentage). Here, we'll select "Ten." as specified in
the example.
Use these buttons to set the resolution of the next
note. Here, we'll set the resolution to a dotted half
note, as specified in the example.
Use these buttons to set the resolution of the next
note. Here, we'll set the resolution to a 1/4 note, as
specified in the example.

• The recorded data will be lost if
you select another file or turn
the power to the instrument off
without executing the Save
operation.
