Locate and push up on the drive cover release latch while using some
pressure to slide the cover away from the system.

Lift the cover up and off the system.
Remove the hard disk drive as follows:

Using your fingers, press down on the hard disk drive at the end
closest to the connector.

While maintaining pressure, slide the drive towards the front of the
system.
