Switching from navigation to phone

If you switch over from navigation to phone and if the mobile phone is not functional, the
message "Phone not ready" appears.
After a short time, the system switches back to the navigation screen automatically. (This
can be done manually by pressing the MENU button and then selecting the "Navigation"
option.)
If the system is functional, the 'start screen' appears on the monitor; see next page.
If there is a mobile phone in the holder when the ignition is switched on, this is also
switched on. The monitor initially displays "Phone not ready". After the correct PIN
number has been entered on the mobile phone and reception is adequate, the start screen
appears.
