Reading SMS messages

1 New incoming messages are displayed on the monitor. The message is displayed
immediately after confirming the question "Read?" with OK.
To read saved SMS messages:
1. In the Start display, select the symbol
menu).
The "Messages" menu appears.
2. Select the "Inbox" option.
The SMS messages are read from the SIM card; during this time "Opening ..." is displayed
on the screen.
The saved messages are then displayed in a list.
3. Select the SMS from the list.
The message text as well as the caller's number, the date and time at which the SMS mes-
sage was sent are displayed on the screen under "Message details".

SMS options

If the OK button is pressed when a SMS is displayed, the "Options" menu appears with the
following selection possibilities:
"Delete"
"Reply"
"Use number"
"Forward"
"Back"
(or the "Messages" option in the main
The displayed message is deleted
The call number of the incoming message is transferred and the
screen for writing a message appears
The displayed call number can be supplemented with a name
(text or voice) and can be saved in the phone book or in the sys-
tem
The message is forwarded to a call number to be entered
