Important:
It is necessary to set an active port to receive an
alarm notification by the Panasonic Alarm Protocol
®
when the Windows XP Professional or Home
Edition SP2 is run and the firewall is set to ON.
Perform the following exceptional settings for the
firewall:
e-1 Click [Security Center] on the "Control Panel".
The "Windows Security Center" window will be dis-
played.
e-2 Click [Windows Firewall].
The "Windows Firewall" window will be displayed.
e-3 Click the [Exceptions] tab.
e-4 Click the [Add Program...] button.
The "Add a Program" window will be displayed.
e-5 Click the [Browse...] button.
The "Browse" window will be displayed.
e-6 Select "as65dl" in the folder in which this soft-
ware has been installed, and click the [Open] but-
ton.
