window that says "Reached the maximum registra-
tion number. Cannot register." will be displayed.

Click the [Connection test(E)...] button.
The "Connection test" window will be displayed.

Before starting the connection test, configure the "NW
Camera" settings of the recorder. Information of the
settings (compression method) will be obtained from
the recorder when the connection test is carried out,
and it will be saved in this software
Step 5
When the message of "Connection succeeded" is dis-
played, go to step 6.
When the message of "Connection failed" is displayed,
go to step 7.

When the message of "Connection succeeded" is dis-
played
1. Click the [Close(C)] button.
The "Connection test" window will be closed and
the recorder registration window will be displayed
again.

When the message of "Connection failed" is displayed
1. Check the description on the screen.
2. Click the [Close(C)] button.
The connection test window will be closed.
3. Return to the recorder registration window and
check the entered settings.
4. Retry the connection test after checking the set-
tings.
Step 8
Register the recorder.
The model number of the recorder (obtained by the
connection test) will be displayed in the recorder regis-
tration window. Click the [OK] button to complete the
registration.
