Assembling
Description
Position wheels onto each
axle followed by the washer
(C) and then the nut (A).
Hand tighten with 1/2" (or
13mm) socket wrench.
Attach accessory plate to top
handle. Align the holes on the
plate to the holes on the
frame. Hand tighten screws
(J).
Attach hook (K).
Insert joints (A) into base por-
tion of frame. Use one 1/4"
bolt (C) and tighten with one
1/4" nut (B) on each side.
Hand tighten.
Tools re-
quired
1/2" wrench or
use alternative
size 13mm.

Driver Size #2
7/16" wrench
or use alterna-
tive size
11mm.
