Change SPID (chspid)
The new Change SPID (chspid) command supports 3610/3611 DSUs.
The following field appears on page 1 of the Change SPID input form.
Device
This field specifies the device whose SPID numbers are to be changed. Standard addressing format applies.
The following fields appear on page 2 of the Change SPID input form.
SPID number at B1
This field specifies the SPID number at B1. A valid SPID number consists of the ASCII characters 0–9 with
a length of 3–20. If the field is left blank, the SPID will be removed.
SPID number at B2
This field specifies the SPID number at B2. A valid SPID number consists of the ASCII characters 0–9 with
a length of 3–20. If the field is left blank, the SPID will be removed.
Set CCN event
This field specifies whether to set the CCN event.
The Change SPID results form lists device information for the specified device and redisplays the SPID numbers
specified by the user.
