The new country code Czech Republic is supported in the Modem strapping field for 392x modems.
A new field is valid, Special Functions with the option XLOOP, to support the 3610 and 3611 Release 3.3c

The feature SDC (Synchronous Data Compression) displays in the Installed Features field when the 3800Plus
Release 3.0 is installed.
