3. Removal of Loader Mechanism Unit (Fig. 2)
a. Using the anti-static soldering iron, short between
terminals on the optical pick-up unit P.C.B. included
in the loader mechanism unit.
Note: After you have finished repairing, remove
the solder from the short-circuit location
with the antistatic soldering iron.
b. Remove 4 screws ( ⑦ ).
c. Remove CN503 of the loader mechanism unit.
d. Unlock and remove CB301.
e. Remove the loader mechanism unit.
4. Removal of Power Supply Module (Fig. 2)
a. Remove 5 screws ( ⑧ ).
b. Remove CON1 and CON2.
c. Remove the power supply module together with the
support.

When replacing the loader mechanism unit with a new one,
reattach the LASER CAUTION label from the old unit to the
new unit.
※ 新しいローダーメカユニッ トに交換する場合、
LASER CAUTION ラベルを貼り直してくださ
い。
3. ローダーメカユニットの外し方（Fig. 2）
a. ローダーメカユニット内にあるオプティカルピック
b. ⑦ のネジ 4 本を外します。
c. ローダーメカユニットの CN503 を外します。
d. ロックを外し、CB301 を外します。
e. ローダーメカユニットを外します。
4. 電源モジュールの外し方（Fig. 2）
a. ⑧ のネジ 5 本を外します。
b. CON1、CON2 を外します。
c. 電源モジュールをサポートと一緒に外します。

だこてを使用してショートします。
注意： 修理終了時は、静電気対策はんだこてを使
用してショート箇所からはんだを除去しま
す。
