3. CLI Commands

Independent Commands

The following CLI commands are used independently of the SET and SHOW
commands.

Allow

Specifies the IP Address(es) from which a DSLAM may be remotely managed.
DSLAMs are always manageable via a direct physical connection with the
MUM2000-2 or Micro DSLAM COM (Communication) port, regardless of
management IP Address specifications.
All IP Addresses (Default)
IP Address Range
Single IP Address
COM (Communication) Port Only
Each ALLOW command entered overwrites all previously entered ALLOW
commands.

[system name] ->ALLOW [ALL, ip_address or ip_address
ip_address]:
[system name] ->allow
OR
[system name] ->allow 0.0.0.0 - 255.255.255.255
[system name] ->allow [ip_address] - [ip_address]
Example: [system name] ->allow 193.166.254.1 -
193.166.254.254
[system name] ->allow [ip_address]
Example: [system name] ->allow
193.166.254.102
[system name] ->allow 0.0.0.0
