Step 1:
In the software package, panel file in the RELEASED_PANEL_FILES folder HDCP.bin is copied
under the Target/BEKO_BIN_FILES/panel folder.

Until Step 7, steps followed to Panel.bin also followed for HDCP.bin. When the time is coming
to the Step 7 with entering to the console;
