The quick connector must have the following properties:
• Thread size: G1/4"
• Suitable for pipes with a diameter of 4.75 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 6.3 mm and 8 mm
• Suitable for pipes with a length of >25 mm

2. Connect the other side of the quick connector to hose of the nitrogen pressure test kit.
3. Start the test procedure.
4. Inject high pressure air of 4200 kPa.
5. Keep the pressure for 5 s.
NOTE If the pressure droppes within the 5 s, a leackage is present in the refrigerant circuit (see

6. Disconnect the nitrogen pressure test kit.
Draining the refrigerant
1. Connect a vacuum pump to the quick connector to flush the refrigerant circuit with oxygen free nitrogen (OFN).
