3.4 SYNTHESIZER
The SR6 and SR7 provide two synthesizers (SYNTHE. H
and SYNTHE. L}; the SR5, only one (SYNTHE.). Switches
in the KEYBOARD CONDUCTOR
section determine the
synthesizer-keyboard connections.
Hf Restrictions
* A synthesizer can only be used for one keyboard at a
time.
* SYNTHE. H (SR6 and SR7) can only be used with the
SOLO or PEDAL keyboards; SYNTHE. L, with SOLO,
UPPER, or PEDAL. The SR5 synthesizer is for the
UPPER or LOWER keyboards.

(1) Press the SYNTHE. H and SYNTHE. L switches in
the KEYBOARD CONDUCTOR SOLO section.

(2) Select the tones (instruments) for both synthesizers
from the SYNTHESIZER control block.
If you wish the synthesizers to use different tones,
hold down the switch for the SYNTHE. H tone and
then press the one for SYNTHE. L. The LED in the
SYNTHE. H switch will shine continuously; the one
in the SYNTHE. L will flash.
To return to the same tone for both, press a single
switch so that its LED shines continuously.
