DiS(digital identification echo) or ringing effect is generated
in transmitting.
This will be canceled by suppression.
Yes = When originating a call, fax machine will wait until
two DIS signals are received from the remote unit
before responding. When answering a call, fax unit
will pause 1.5 seconds between sending CED and
DIS.
No = Normal processing

5-2-1. Entering Basic information
1. Setting Data and Time
The date and time setting appear in the top of all trans-
mitted copies along with your ID name and number.
1) Press FUNCTION, and 0.
2) Enter the month, day and year with a 2-digit number. And
enter the hour and minute in 24-hour format.
For example, to enter June 1, 1993 at 2:11 P.M., you
