Remove any foreign matter such as paper.
Roller
If the roller is dirty, clean it with isopropyl alcohol and then,
dry thoroughly.
Thermal Print Head
(TPH)
Contact Image Sensor
(CIS)
If the TPH is dirty, clean the printing surface with isopropy! alcohol,
and then, dry thoroughly.
If the scanning glass of is dirty, clean the glass with a dry soft cloth.
Sensor & Switch
Document detect sensor
Paper empty sensor
Abnormal Wear
Loosened parts
Exchange the part.
Check the tightness of screws on each parts.
