Before using the appliance, please read the following
instructions carefully and keep this manual for future
reference. The appliance must only be used by persons
familiar with these instructions.

Connection to the mains supply
Make sure that the supply voltage corresponds with the
voltage marked on the rating label. This product complies
with all binding CE labelling directives.
Important safety instructions
∙ In order to avoid hazards, repairs
to this electrical appliance or its
power cord must be carried out by
our customer service. If repairs are
needed, please send the appliance to
our customer service department (see
appendix).
∙ Before cleaning the appliance,
ensure it is disconnected from the
power supply and has cooled down
completely.
∙ To avoid the risk of electric shock, do
not clean the appliance with water and
do not immerse it in water.
∙ Always clean the appliance after use.
Wipe the blade, food carriage and
leftover holder with a damp cloth.
∙ Be careful when handling the blade.

appliance is only used with the sliding
tray and end-piece holder properly
installed and in position. Exceptions
may be made only if required by the
size or shape of the food to be sliced.
∙ Warning! Improper use (misuse) of
the appliance may cause personal
injury!
∙ Always remove the plug from the wall
socket
- when there is no supervision,
- before each assembly and
disassembly,
- after use,
- in case of any malfunction,
- during cleaning of the appliance.
∙ Do not take the power plug out of the
socket by pulling on the power cord,
but hold the power plug to take it out.
∙ Never handle the mains plug with wet
hands.

domestic or similar applications, such
