Troubleshooting

Problem
The machine does not start or fails to keep
running.
The machine pulls to the left or right (with
both motion-control levers fully forward).
There is abnormal vibration.
The cutting height is uneven.
The blades do not rotate.
The machine does not operate normally
and displays a fault on the InfoCenter.
Battery-Charger Error Codes
The battery-charger error codes display on the machine InfoCenter as shown in
SPN: Suspect Parameter Number
FMI: Failure Mode Indicator
OC: Number of occurences
Possible Cause
1. You are not sitting in the operator's
seat.
2. The machine is not charged.
3. The electrical connections are
corroded or loose.
4. A fuse is blown.
5. A relay or switch is damaged.
1. The tracking needs adjustment.
2. The tire pressure in the drive tires is
not correct.
1. Cutting blade(s) is/are bent or
unbalanced.
2. A blade-mounting bolt is loose.
3. A blade spindle is bent.
1. Blade(s) are not sharp.
2. Cutting blade(s) is/are bent.
3. The mower deck is not level.
4. An anti-scalp roller (if applicable) is not
set correctly.
5. The mower deck pitch is wrong.
6. The underside of mower deck is dirty.
7. The tire pressure is not correct.
8. A blade spindle is bent.
1. The safety-interlock system prevents
blade rotation.
2. The PTO switch is malfunctioning.

Corrective Action
1. Sit on the operator's seat.
2. Charge the machine.
3. Check the electrical connections for
good contact.
4. Replace the fuse.
5. Contact an Authorized Service Dealer.
1. Adjust the tracking.
2. Adjust the tire pressure.
1. Install new cutting blade(s).
2. Tighten the blade-mounting bolt.
3. Contact an Authorized Service Dealer.
1. Sharpen the blade(s).
2. Install new cutting blade(s).
3. Level the mower deck side-to-side
position.
4. Adjust the anti-scalp roller.
5. Adjust the front-to-rear pitch.
6. Clean the underside of the mower
deck.
7. Adjust the tire pressure.
8. Contact an Authorized Service Dealer.
