help you resolve the problem. If not, contact your system administrator.
• Are you using the correct browser version?
• Did you enter the correct IP address for the Document Centre in your browser?
• Is the Document Centre filtered or blocked by network routers or
concentrators?
• Is the Document Centre inside a firewall?
• Is the Document Centre configured for HTTP?
